<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, STEVEN E. YENNEY AND SHARON K.
<br />YENNY, HUSBAND AND WIFE to BANK OF DONIPHAN, TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the It
<br />BENEFICIARY named therein dated 5 -21 -2001 and recorded 7 -9 -2001 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS Of HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as document 0200106662 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
