The Respondent shall be awarded the home located at 2519 West Oklahoma, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: Lot Twelve (12) and part of Lot Eleven (11), Block Ten (10), Parkhill Third Subdivision, and addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Eleven (11) , Block Ten (10) , Parkhill Third Subdivision; running thence southerly along and upon the westerly boundary line of said Lot Eleven (11) , a distance of Ninety and Sixty -five Hundredths feet (90.651) to the southwest corner of said Lot Eleven (11); running thence easterly along and upon the south boundary line of said Lot Eleven (11), Thirty -three and Nine Tenths feet (33.9'); running thence northerly to a point on the north boundary line of said Lot Eleven (11) to a point which is Twenty -six feet (261) from the northeast corner of said Lot Eleven (11); running thence westerly along and upon the north boundary line of said Lot Eleven (11) to the northwest corner of said Lot Eleven (11) to the point of beginning; and the commercial building located at 1415 Johnstown Road, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: Lot One (1), B.D.S. The Petitioner agrees to pay and hold the Respondent harmless from any debt owed on this vehicle. 6. The Respondent shall receive as his sole and separate property the parties' other vehicles, which are in his possession. The Respondent agrees to pay and hold the Petitioner harmless from any debt owed on these vehicles. 7. That each party shall be responsible for any debt incurred since the date of separation, being December 3, 2000. 8. Each of the parties hereto shall hold as his or her sole and separate property any life insurance presently in existence insuring the life of each respective party. 3
