Petitioner and Respondent have been residents of the <br />State of Nebraska for more than one year prior to the filing and <br />were residents of Hall County at the time of the filing herein. <br />2. A Voluntary Appearance was filed by the Respondent. The <br />Court finds, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 42 -363 (Reissue 1998) , <br />that more than sixty days have passed since the perfection of <br />service of process upon the Respondent. <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and over the <br />subject matter of this action and to make a child custody <br />determination. <br />4. Petitioner is not a party to any other pending actions <br />for divorce, separation, or dissolution of marriage. <br />5. The marriage of Petitioner and Respondent is <br />irretrievably broken, and every reasonable effort to effect <br />reconciliation has been made. <br />6. The Petitioner's Social Security Number is 395 -30 -7352. <br />The Respondent's Social Security Number is 505 -52 -4816, <br />7.
