<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />October 28, 2003 executed by John P. Bellamy and Bonnie S. Bellamy, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee,
<br />which is recorded in Instrument #0200314413 Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received
<br />payment in full of the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by
<br />said Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />See attached Schedule "A"
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed this 9th day of July 2004.
