The Trust Property and the Poland Property are sometimes referred to <br />individually as the "Property" and collectively, the "Properties." Trust has agreed to grant <br />Poland (a) the rights of pedestrian and vehicular ingress, egress and regress over the roadways <br />now, or hereafter located on the Trust Property as generally depicted on Exhibit D hereto, and <br />Poland has agreed to grant Trust the rights of pedestrian and vehicular ingress, egress and regress <br />over the roadways now, or hereafter located on the Poland Property as generally depicted on <br />Exhibit D hereto.
