<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that the following described property will be sold by Michael F.
<br />Kivett, Trustee, at public auction to the highest bidder, at the lower level lobby at the Hall
<br />County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of
<br />August, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.:
<br />"Lot Three (3), Block Fifteen (15), H.G. Clark's Addition, Hall County, Nebraska"
