KIVETT, as Trustee, was recorded O <br />1/29/2001, as Document # 200100699, Hall Register of Deeds County Office of the Register of Deeds, State of <br />Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and <br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R. <br />BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of <br />Trust, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right, <br />title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
