<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Carlos H. Argueta- Ortiz, a Married Person, (hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the
<br />following described property described as follows:
<br />The South 1/2 of Lot 181 and all of Lot 182, Belmont Addition, City of Grand Island,

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
