<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JEFFREY S RICHARDSON AND JANE L RICHARDSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JANUARY 28, 2002 and recorded FEBRUARY 12.2002 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT
<br />#0200201695, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING THE CONSENT TO
<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY DATED JANAURY
<br />31, 2002 AND FILED FEBRUARY 12, 2002 AS DOC # 0200201696; AND CONDITIONAL
<br />ASS ,OGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY DATED JANUARY 28, 2002 AND
<br />FILED FEBRUARY 12, 2002 AS DOC # 0200201697;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />LOT TWENTY NINE (29) LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF
<br />KUESTERS LAKE, BEING PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2

<br />WEST OF THE 6' P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
