200406818 <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made on Jul 09, 2004 The trustor is <br />CARLOTTA Y HARTMAN and THOMAS L HARTMAN, WIFE & HUSBAND <br />( "Borrower "). The trustee is TierOne Bank <br />( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Tierone Bank <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and whose <br />address is 1235 'N' St / PO Box 83009 Lincoln, NE 68501 <br />( "Lender ").
