<br />Husband and Wife, hereinafter refe 9d to as Seller ether one or more, has executed a Contract
<br />for Sale of Real Estate in which Gtegory W. B e and Dale Marie Baker, Husband and Wife,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Purchaser, whether one or more, have agreed to purchase the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block 128, Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, (609 West Koenig)
<br />for a total purchase price of $75,000.00 with interest at the rate of 4% per annum payable in 180
<br />monthly installments; that physical possession of said real estate has been transferred to the
<br />Purchaser and the Purchaser is hereby responsible for maintaining payment of all taxes and
<br />assessments and insurance thereon.
