<br />"S" Page 166 of Miscellaneous Records, and except a Tract of ground described in Deed Record
<br />147 at Page 296 in Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which was recorded as Document #83- 000890 on the 24th day of February, 1983, in the County
<br />of Hall, and State of Nebraska
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation
