<br />I, Timothy J. Aitken, being duly sworn, upon oath deposes and says as follows to wit:
<br />1. On this date, he is a Registered Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on June 29, 2004, he completed a survey of "FRAUEN SUBDIVISION ",
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at the Register of
<br />Deeds Office located in the Hall County Administration Building.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "FRAUEN SUBDIVISION ", in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and has discovered an error on the north line of
<br />Lot One (1), said line also being the south line of Lot Two (2) pertaining to the dimension (written
<br />in numerical form).
<br />4. Affiant further states that the dimension measured along and upon the north line of Lot 1, said line
<br />also being the south line of Lot 2, shall now read 1274.01 feet, in lieu of 1314.03 feet, as now shown
<br />on the plat, this dimension oneous ull a void.
