<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 3, 2003 executed by Jose Luis Guerrero Zarraga and Zita
<br />Rodriguez De Guerrero, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as

<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200304933, on the 22nd day of

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE WEST HALF (W1 /2) OF LOT FIVE (5) AND ALL OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK (6),
<br />FIRST ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
