<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GARY D WORRELL AND JANIE J WORRELL. _ HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MAY 15, 2000 and recorded MAY 24, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200004225 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SIX (6) "ROSS AND ASHTON PARK" LOCATED ON AND BEING A SUBDIVISION
<br />OF A PART OF LOTS FOURTEEN (14) AND EIGHTEEN (18) OF COUNTY SUBDIVISION
<br />OF WEST HALF OF SOUTHWEST QUARTER (Wl /2SW1 /4) AND A PART OF EAST HALF
<br />OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4) OF SECTION FIFTEEN (15) IN TOWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
