<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Thomas S. Baxter (hereinafter referred to as "TRUSTOR "), and First National Bank of Omaha (hereinafter referred to as
<br />"TRUSTEE" and "BENEFICIARY ", dated March 31, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
