Kee, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 7, 2002 as Instrument No. <br />0200206123 and re- recorded on August 14, 2002 as Instrument No. 200208546 of the Mortgage Records, <br />which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1), Dodd and Marshall's Second Addition, in the City of Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
