h <br />Q <br />n <br />:x <br />r� <br />eC <br />;V <br />M <br />G <br />p <br />C :n <br />M(f) <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />,J <br />—4 <br />Cw D <br />{ <br />Z �-1 <br />h <br />Q <br />n <br />:x <br />r� <br />eC <br />;V <br />M <br />G <br />p <br />C :n <br />M(f) <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid <br />to Village of Cairo, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, by <br />Howard County School District 100 hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE, the receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, the GRANTOR does hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer, and convey <br />unto the GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement with the right to erect, <br />construct, install, and lay, and thereafter use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, replace, and <br />remove a water transmission pipeline and necessary appurtenances and improvements <br />associated with water transmission lines over, across, and through the land of the GRANTOR <br />situate in Hall County, State of Nebraska, said land being described as follows: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section One (1), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve <br />(12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />together with the right of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands of the GRANTOR, its <br />successors and assigns, for the purposes of this easement. <br />The consideration hereinabove recited shall constitute payment in full for any damages to <br />the land of the GRANTOR, its successors and assigns, by reason of the installation, operation, <br />and maintenance of the structures or improvements referred to herein.
