<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated April 5, 2002 and recorded April 8, 2002 as Instrument
<br />No 0200203747- in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or

<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron stake that is Eight Hundred Fifty -Four
<br />and Three -Tenths feet (854.3') South and Thirteen Hundred Eighteen and Nine -Tenths (1318.9')
<br />feet West at Ninety Degrees (90000') of the East Quarter comer of said Section, that is in the West
<br />line of the Northeast Quarter (NEI /4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEl /4), of said Section; thence
<br />North One Hundred Eighty (180') feet to an iron stake in the Southerly right of way of Highway
<br />U.S. 30; thence Northeasterly along the Southerly right of way of U.S. 30, Eighty-Six (86') feet to
<br />an iron stake; thence South parallel to the West line of said Northeast Quarter (NEl /4) of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEl /4), One Hundred Eighty (180') feet to an iron stake; thence Southwesterly
<br />parallel to the Southerly right -of -way of U.S. 30, Eighty-Six (86') feet to an iron stake which is the
<br />point of beginning.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such promises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
