<br />WILLIAM D. LIVENGOOD AND BEVERLY K. LIVENGOOD, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from
<br />GRANTEE, hereby convey to BUSINESS PROPERTIES OF NEBRASKA, L.L.C., a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Ngb. Rev. y. 50
<br />tat. § 76 -201) and all improvements located thereon:
<br />Lot 4, Block 60 of the Original Town, now the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, except
<br />encumbrances, liens, easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
