The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Deed of Trust filed for record on July 24,
<br />2000, at Document # 200005942 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, executed by Danny S. O'Brien and Kelly J. O'Brien, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which Kearney Eaton Employees Federal Credit Union is named as
<br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that breaches of obligations for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security have occurred, the nature of which breaches are the
<br />Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they become due. You are hereby notified
<br />that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust is
<br />accelerated and, as of June 15, 2004, together with interest to that date, is $34,115.86,
<br />plus interest and penalties thereafter, and Trustor is further notified that because of
<br />such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligations under the Deed of Trust. The trust property affected is legally
<br />described as follows:
