<br />MENDOZA -DIAZ AND JOSEFINA MENDOZA as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritlr the beneficiary named therein, dated FEB. 6, 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 98- 10106.E and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
