WHEREAS, said undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS
<br />APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., Beneficiary, written request to reconvey
<br />the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot Thirty -Three (33), in Country Meadows Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
