<br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of _ " ,

<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Arlington Investments, Inc., a
<br />Nebraska corporation, is Trustor, and G.I.S.C. Land Development,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, is Beneficiary, and
<br />Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 30, 2004, 2004,
<br />and identified as Document No. 0200406503 , conveying to
<br />Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real
<br />estate described in said Deed, and the undersigned Trustee does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to Arlington Investments, Inc.,
<br />part of the estate now held by him thereunder, described as
<br />follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Six (6), Richmond Fourth Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee retains the Deed of Trust on the balance of the real
<br />estate described in the original Deed of Trust.
