<br />or we, hereby release the Lien of TWELVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND
<br />NO 1100 ($12,200.00) made and executed by TRAN C. TRUONG AND NHUNG
<br />T. PHAN, husband and wife, to the City of GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation hereinafter usually referred to as "City"
<br />of the second part, on the following described property, to -wit:

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This is recorded as document No. 200113308 in the Records of the
<br />County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
