DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 11, 1999 executed by Roy Fredrickson, Genevieve B <br />Fredrickson, Terry Fredrickson and Terri Fredrickson, with title vested as follows: Roy <br />Fredrickson, a Married Person, and Genevieve B. Fredrickson, His Wife and Terry <br />Fredrickson, A Married Person, and Terri J. Fredrickson, His Wife, in which Five Points Bank <br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 106022, on the <br />14th day of June, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT ONE (1), STEHR'S SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A <br />CERTAIN TRACT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED <br />RECORDED IN BOOK 98, PAGE 199. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grfebraska, this 30th day of June, 2004. <br />FIVE POINTS BA <br />• • <br />• <br />s <br />• '�'y•.• ��' By: Tim A.
