<br />MICHAEL A. O'NEILL and DENISE A. O'NEILL, husband and wife, being first duly
<br />sworn, depose and say: They are the persons who made, executed and delivered a certain Special —
<br />Warranty Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, dated & - 2-3 , 2004, conveying the following o
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situated in HALL County, Nebraska: a
<br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1 /2NW1 /4) of Section Seven (7), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6 'h P.M., excepting a certain tract of
<br />land deeded to the State of Nebraska in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 72, Page
<br />182 and excepting a certain tract deeded to the State of Nebraska in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in Book 89, Page 615;
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1 /2NE1 /4.) of Section Twelve (12),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6"' P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a certain tract of land recorded in
<br />Book R, Page 513 and except a tract conveyed to Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Company recorded in Book 25, Page 289 and 307, and except tracts deeded
<br />to the State of Nebraska recorded in Book 72, Page 182, Book 89, Page 615,
<br />and Book 122, Page 353, and further excepting the following described real
