200406472 <br />6) Fraud/misrepresentation: In the event that the premises suffer damages or the borrower(s) statements and/or <br />representations have been found to be false prior to the disbursements of funds, Lender in its sole discretion, may <br />cancel this loan and lender shall have no further obligations to the Borrower. Lender agrees that Lender will file a <br />Satisfaction of security instrument in the event this security instrument is filed with the applicable government's <br />clerk's office prior to cancellation by Lender, and borrower shall pay all costs of filing said security instrument and/or <br />satisfaction of security instrument. <br />'n Insufficient funds: In the event any check paid by Borrower to Lender is returned unpaid because of insufficient <br />funds, there shall be a charge assessed that will be the maximum permissible under applicable state law. In that event <br />Lender may, at Lender's option, require bank or certified funds for each payment made thereafter. <br />8) Mailing of Notices: I hereby request that all notices are to be set to my primary residential address which is: <br />1409 W 3RD ST. GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br />9) Borrower's compliance: Upon the request of Lender, its successors or assigns ( "Lender "), I shall: <br />a. furnish and execute any documents required by Lender to verify the truth and accuracy of any information I <br />provided in connection with my mortgage loan, including, but not limited to: income, employment, deposit and <br />loan authorizations and verifications, income tax returns, and contracts and settlement statements for the sale of <br />other properties; <br />b. execute any document that should have been signed at or before the closing; re- execute any document signed <br />at or before the closing; and execute that which was incorrectly drafted and signed at the closing, including but <br />not limited to: correction notes, correction mortgages and other correction instruments; <br />e. furnish any documents required by, and comply with any conditions, work and/or certificates set forth in <br />Lender's appraisal report or commitment; <br />d. execute any additional documentation and provide any additional information required by the Lender to <br />facilitate the sale of the mortgage into the secondary mortgage market; <br />e. provide full cooperation of and compliance within five days of the making of Lender's requests, and <br />It is further agreed that failure to comply with the representations hereunder shall constitute a default under the note <br />and security instrument, and shall entitle the Lender, its successors or assigns to any and all of the remedies available <br />upon default under the note and/or se ty ' trument, including collection of interest, atto ey's fees, costs and <br />NffCHAEL R SCHACHTA ATE <br />ROSEANN THOWSON <br />C21258 Page 2 of 2 <br />
