<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust datedJuly 31, 2002 • and executed by
<br />Kenneth D. Schaff, Jr. as husband and debtor and Christine J. Schaff as wife.
<br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is

<br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has
<br />received written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
