<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Steven L. Kelly and Diana K. Kelly, Husband and Wife, to Larry D. Ohs, Trustee v ,
<br />for the benefit of Jeanne Baer, dated April 25, 2001 and recorded on May 14,
<br />2001, as Instrument No.2001- 04491, and re- recorded as Instrument No. 2001 - 05711,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Trustee execute and
<br />deliver this Deed of Reconveyance;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, I hereby reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all my right, title and interest which I have under and by virtue of said Deed
<br />of Trust in and to the following described property:
