<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated
<br />October 4, 1997 made to FIVE POINTS BANK, by ABC Engineered Trusses, Inc., and recorded
<br />on October 29, 1997 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County Nebraska as document number
<br />97- 109073 and an Extension Agreement for Mortgage dated February 19, 1999 and recorded on
<br />February 23, 1999 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as document number 99-
<br />101954 on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />THE WESTERLY ONE -HALF (W1 /2) OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK NINE (9), IN
<br />VOITLE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation has
<br />caused these presents to be executed by Tim A. Wojcik, Senior Vice President and its Corporate
