<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, David G. Palu and Betty L. Palu, Husband and
<br />Wife and Jeremy T. Palu, A Single Person and Kristopher D. Palu, A Single Person to BANK OF DONIPHAN, TRUSTEE for the
<br />benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the BENEFICIARY named therein dated 2 -22 -2003 and recorded 3 -25 -2003 in the office of the
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS Of HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as document 200303464 in the Trust Deed Records of said County
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property.
<br />Lot One (1), DDD Subdivision in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
