PARTNERSHIP JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />S -_5c) <br />D & D Investments, a Nebraska General Partnership, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of Twenty -three Thousand Dollars ($23,000.00) <br />received from GRANTEES, Paul T. Meyer and Peggy L. Meyer, husband <br />and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants <br />in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
