Schupp, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about June 18, 2001, make, <br />execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said <br />Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The North Forty Four feet (N44') of Lot Five (5), Block One Hundred Thirty Six <br />(136), in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on June 18, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200105832. <br />On or about June 18, 2001, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
