<br />200102484, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc.; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust
<br />Deed was assigned to Fleet National Bank, said assignment recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />March 27, 2001 as Document No. 200102485; subsequently by reason of
<br />an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., said assignment recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 26,
<br />2002 as Document No. 200210264; does hereby notify the above -named
<br />persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was
<br />granted upon the following- described real estate, situated in the
<br />County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
