<br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter, Section 30; thence
<br />running Southerly along the Easterly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 440 feet;
<br />thence running Westerly and parallel to the Northerly line of said Northeast Quarter a
<br />distance of 297 feet; thence running Northerly and parallel to the Easterly line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter a distance of 440 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said Northeast
<br />Quarter: thence running Easterly along the Northerly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance
