Harder and Mary K. <br />Harder, <br />husband <br />and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration <br />received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Alan D. Blair and Bonnie J.
