<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Assignment of Leases and Rent
<br />executed by David C. Huston and Rhonda S. Huston, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National
<br />Association, as a result of an acquisition and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of March 11,
<br />1993, and recorded on March 11, 1993, as Instrument No. 93- 101865, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held
<br />by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Assignment of Leases and Rent. This
<br />Release is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Assignment of Leases and Rent.
<br />Property: The North Twenty Two (22) Feet of the South Half (S1/2) of lot Eight (8), Block Eighty
<br />(80), Original Town, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska AND The South Twenty Two (22) Feet
<br />of the North Half (N1/2) of Lot Eight (8), Block Eighty (80), Original Town, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Release to be executed as of
