DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by David C.
<br />Huston and Rhonda S. Huston, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association,
<br />as a result of an acquisition and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of March 11, 1993, and
<br />recorded on March 11, 1993, as Instrument No. 93- 101830, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
<br />and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: The North Twenty Two (22) Feet of the South Half (S1/2) of lot Eight (8), Block Eighty
<br />(80), Original Town, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska AND The South Twenty Two (22) Feet
<br />of the North Half (N1/2) of Lot Eight (8), Block Eighty (80), Original Town, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
