200406260 <br />5. That the parties were married in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska on June 29, 1986; that there have been no <br />children both the issue of this marriage. <br />6. That from the evidence, it appears that every reasonable <br />effort to effect reconciliation has been made, without success, <br />and that the marriage of Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably <br />broken and should be dissolved. <br />7. That the parties are the joint owners of the family <br />home located at 318 East First Street, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and legally described as Lot Seven (7), Block Seventy -Six <br />(76), Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />Petitioner disclaims any interest in and to said property and <br />Respondent shall be responsible for the payment of the mortgage <br />debt and shall hold Petitioner harmless on the liability of said <br />debt. <br />8. Petitioner's former name of Eastman should be restored <br />to her. <br />9. That the parties have entered into a Property Settlement <br />Agreement dated November 23, 1989, which Agreement is not uncon- <br />scionable and the Court finds that said Agreement should be <br />approved and the terms thereof incorporated by reference into <br />this Decree. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court <br />as follows: <br />A. The marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent <br />should be and the same hereby is dissolved and that this Dissolu- <br />tion of Marriage shall not become final except for purposes of <br />-2- <br />
