<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on June 6, 2001, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 0200105395, executed by Nickie J. Kallos and Rosie K. Kallos, husband and wife,
<br />as Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association, FSB, is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the
<br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
