<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated February 1,
<br />1995, executed by ARMANDO MONTES, A Single Person, as Trustor, it
<br />which MARK D. STELK and WANDA LEE STELK, Husband and Wife, are
<br />named as Beneficiaries, which Deed was recorded on June 28, 1995,
<br />as Document No. 95- 104288, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiaries',
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Thirteen (13), Bonnie Brae Addition, to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.',,
