NOTICE OF SUIT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ay of June, 2004, The Provident Bank, an Ohio <br />banking corporation, d/b /a PCFS Financial Services, Inc., as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, against Ted H. Menard and Sharon L. Menard, as defendants, the object and prayer of such <br />Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Ted H.
