BAXTER, wife and husband, as <br />Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 96- 103858 in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. <br />SMITH, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following <br />described real estate: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE' /4SW) /4) of Section <br />Thirty -Four (34), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor DEBRA ANN BAXTER <br />and BRET A.
