KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tory W. Kort and Jessica J. Kort,
<br />Husband and Wife, and UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 9, 2001 and
<br />recorded November 15, 2001 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2001-
<br />11706 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
