<br />The undersigned owner(s) of an interest in the real estate described below (hereinafter called "OWNER "), hereby grant(s) and
<br />convey(s) to NEBRASKA CENTRAL TELEPHONE COMPANY, its successors and assigns (hereinafter called "COMPANY "),
<br />in consideration of One and 00/100 ($ 1.00 ) Dollars received from the Company and of the agreements stated below, a
<br />right of way and easement to construct, operate, maintain, replace and remove a communications system consisting of buried cable
<br />or wires, surface terminals, markers (at fence lines, if any) and associated equipment together with the right of access thereto for
<br />the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, upon, under and across the following described real estate located in the County
<br />of Hall , State of Nebraska
<br />A buried cable occupying a 16.5 foot wide parcel in the W ' /z, Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 12 West of the 6"' P.M.
<br />except a tract in ROW Lease recorded as Doc. No. 80- 002620 and except a tract in Deed recorded in Book 75, Page 70 and except
<br />a tract in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 81, Page 423 and except a tract in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 123, Page 31.
<br />Said 16.5 foot wide parcel is located east of and adjacent to the east right -of -way line of the county road which borders said
<br />property on the west side for approximately 288 feet.
<br />If necessary, said parcel may deviate to go around buildings, structures, trees and inaccessible waste areas. The boundaries of said
<br />parcel shall be lines parallel to and 8.25 feet either side of said cable.
<br />The Company agrees to bury all cables and wires below plow depth in order that the cables and wires will not interfere with
<br />ordinary cultivation of the land, and to pay for all damage to Owner's property arising from the Company's exercise of the rights
<br />herein granted, except as stated below. The exceptions (if any) are:
<br />None
