WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 14. 2003, executed by Eliseo Calderon and Jessica <br />Quezada, husband and wife, as joint tenants, with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in <br />common; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document # 0200303586 on the 28th day of March, 2003, and a Modification of Deed of Trust <br />dated November 14th, 2003 executed by Eliseo Calderon and Jessica Calderon, husband <br />and wife which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document #0200315246 on the 21 st day of November, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT THREE (3), BLOCK SIXTY SIX (66), WHEELER & BENNETT'S SECOND <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of <br />Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN W ;G HEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand ,IN this 14th day of June 2003. <br />L p <br />STATE OF <br />A <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BAN RUSTEE <br />By: Tim A.
