<br />MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST made this 24th day of May, 2004 between Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Kearney, Nebraska, herein referred to as Trustee,
<br />and Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, herein referred
<br />to as Lender, and Brian Lee Quandt and Sarah B. Quandt, Husband and Wife, herein
<br />referred to as Grantor.
<br />WHEREAS, Lender is the holder of a certain Deed of Trust, made by borrower, dated March
<br />26, 2003 in the principal amount of $38,039.50; and recorded April 3, 2003 as Instrument #
<br />0200303941 in Official Records, County of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor has requested and desires a modification of the limit on the Deed of Trust
<br />to be increased to $90,000.00 and provisions of said promissory note, and Lender is agreeable
<br />to the same upon the terms and conditions hereinafter contained.
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the East Half (El /2), of Section
<br />Twenty -Six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE1/4), said point being the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence running
<br />S 00 °00100" W (Assumed Bearing), on the east line of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen
<br />and Thirty -Four Hundredths (1314.34) feet; thence running N
<br />87 °35'03 "W, a distance of Four Hundred Nintey -Six (496.00) feet; thence
<br />running N 00 °00'00" E, on a line parallel with the east line of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred
<br />Twenty -Seven and Three Tenths (1327.30) feet; thence running S
<br />87 °35103" E, a distance of Four Hundred Ninety -Five and Ninety -One
<br />Hundredths (495.91) feet, to a point on the east line of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty -Six (26); thence running S 00 °24'46"
<br />E, along the east line of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of
<br />Twelve and Ninety -Six Hundredths (12.96) feet, to the point of beginning
<br />and containing 15.10 acres, more or less.
<br />The property is located in Hall County at 4450 North Quandt Road, Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, this Modification of Deed of Trust:
<br />The parties stipulate and agree that the terms and provisions of the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust are hereby modified. This Modification of Deed of Trust shall be
<br />binding on the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the respective
<br />parties.
<br />Signatures. By signing, Grantor agrees to the terms and covenants contained in this
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust. Grantor also acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Security
<br />Instrument.
