<br />as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />APRIL 24, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book
<br />Page or Instrument Number 98- 103942 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
