<br />GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION organized and existing under the laws of 
<br />the UNITED STATES GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and 
<br />other valuable consideration received from Grantee, PAUL T MEYER AND ,j SCE

<br />against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through and 
<br />under grantor, but not otherwise; 
<br />(2) That the real estate is free from encumbrances, except easements, 
<br />restrictions, reservations, and covenants of record; and 
<br />(3) By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, grantee acknowledges that 
<br />he has had adequate opportunity to inspect the property conveyed 
<br />herein as well as all improvements located thereon. Except as 
<br />specifically set forth in this Special Warranty Deed this conveyance 
<br />is made without warranty or representation, either express or implied
